Maude has dedicated her career to advancing vocational excellence. After leading urban and social projects and supporting regional economic development, she managed a Campus of Excellence in Tourism and Gastronomy in Northern France, recognized as a national model. She later joined the French Ministry of Education to coordinate and deploy the national network of Campuses across 12 strategic sectors, contributing to the “France 2030” recovery plan. Today, she is the Director of 135 BPM, the first Campus of Vocational Excellence in Sport in France, which leads the European project STARS – Shaping Talents and Achieving Vocational Excellence in Sport. Maude also serves as an expert for the European Committee of the Regions on education, employment, and learning mobility.
