Ms. Lavryk is a graduate of the Erasmus Mundus Master of Arts in Sports Ethics and Integrity (MAiSI). She currently serves as Project Officer at the Sport Division of the Council of Europe, where she supports the implementation of the joint European Union/Council of Europe project “Sport For All: Promoting inclusion and combating discrimination against persons with disabilities in sport.”

She has extensive experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and communication, and has demonstrated a strong ability to navigate complex challenges and foster collaborative efforts. Her work reflects a deep commitment to leveraging sport as a platform for equality, integrity, and inclusion.
