Mr. Tommy Maenhaut is Policy Officer for Innovation at the Policy & Strategy Department of Sport Vlaanderen, where he leads projects such as Matchmaking—focusing on connecting supply and demand in sport—and the Boost Sports Model, which supports federations in developing and optimizing their structures. His previous experience includes roles at the sailing and surf sports federation Wind and Watersport Vlaanderen and the school sports organization MOEV. Enthusiastic and forward-looking, he is passionate about coordinating innovative projects and fostering learning through inspiring collaborations.
